22nd JALBTCX Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Workshop
The 22nd JALBTCX Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Workshop will take place at Hancock County Performing Arts Center in Kiln, Mississippi, USA from November 28 - 30, 2023.
The workshop is comprised of three full days of presentations, break-out groups and discussion panels about the state-of-the-art in airborne coastal mapping and charting from government, academia and industry practitioners. Topics include: airborne coastal mapping and charting sensor development algorithm development data fusion topo and bathy lidar digital and spectral imagery integrated data processing derived information products coastal applications for these data.
Dr. Martin Pfennigbauer, RIEGL CRO, togehter with Dr. Gottfried Mandelburger, Vienna University of Technology, will give a presentation on "Bathymetric Riverine Surveying: A Decadal Retrospective" on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 10:00am to 11:00am.
